December 14, 2021 marks an historic day in the life of this iconic Athens-area real estate company, and owners Don and Sally Linder could not be happier to tell you of the change. LCR Realty has merged with e-Merge Real Estate, an award-winning company that adds a whole new level of resources, effectiveness and sophistication to the work our agents do for buyers and sellers.
In 2011 Don and Sally Linder made the bold move of purchasing Larry Conrath Realty, an agency that had been leader in the field for more than 40 years. The previous owner asked the Linders to take the reins, and it has been a wonderful experience all the way. They transformed the company to meet the changes that were rapidly taking place in every corner of the industry.
In 2016, the Linders entered the next chapter, shortening our business name (dba) from Larry Conrath Realty to LCR Realty (you all called the company that anyway) , updating the look and the company standards to go with it. The goals have always been to do better for clients, customers, agents and community.
And now LCR has e-Merged (yes, a pun was warranted) again. The same amazing agents you have come to know and trust just got better. You will be SOLD on the e-Merge difference!
